This patient was extremely self conscious and embarrassed about his smile which led to him actively avoiding social occasions. There was obvious decay as well as fractures of his front teeth together with an ill-fitting temporary crown.
The patient and I agreed on a treatment plan to restore his smile in a completely natural way.
The first step was to remove the decay and then I placed bespoke porcelain crowns on the four front teeth. The remaining teeth were whitened to remove all the staining that had built up over the years.
The result was a smile that the patient and I are both proud of.
