This patient had a very unstable crown on his upper left front tooth which was continually falling out and the cement he had been using to put it back in was building up and causing inflammation of the gum around the tooth.
The other front teeth were also heavily filled and the patient wished for his smile to be restored to the way he remembered it.
I used 6 new porcelain veneers and crowns to rebuild the front teeth and bring the gums back to health again.
