2. Eligibility

Our courses are available to qualified dental professionals. By booking a course, you confirm that you meet the necessary professional and regulatory requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

• Course places are subject to availability.
• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Delegates must set up a standing order to ensure payment is received into our account on the 15th of each month, if applicable.
• All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
• We reserve the right to cancel your place or deny entry if payment has not been received in full.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course date may be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date unless otherwise agreed.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer a full refund or transfer to a future date.

5. Delegate Responsibilities

By attending a course, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and participate fully in all sessions.
• Act professionally and respectfully towards fellow delegates, instructors, and staff.
• Follow all instructions, including any health and safety or facility rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided during training are the intellectual property of Precision Academy or the course instructor. These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Account Access

When you create an account on our website, you agree to:

• Keep your login details confidential.
• Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8. Liability

Precision Academy is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of a course.
• Personal property lost or damaged during attendance.
• Any adverse outcomes from implementing course techniques without appropriate clinical judgment or supervision.
